#AudiotentTip 132. Reverb Atmosphere.
Instead of using the classical way of adding space to your sound, try out our alternative. This works best for synth sounds where you can easily tweak the preset.
First, duplicate your synth channel including MIDI. Next, tweak the copy so it sounds different from the original. Finally add a reverb to the copy and apply 100% wet reverb, then blend it back with the original to taste. This will make the reverb atmosphere unique and separated from your original source in an interesting way.
